Delivery Notes: The delivery partner aims to deliver within 1 – 3 working days, but this may not always be guaranteed, given certain circumstances. Deliveries usually take place between 8 am – 6 pm Monday – Friday. Our pallets and parcels are transported by Action Express & APC Overnight. We also have our very own vans delivering to local areas. Please let us know if you have any delivery restrictions. Surcharges will be applied for timed deliveries, failed deliveries, and any other special delivery requirements. This is a legally binding document. We recommend that you seek independent legal advice as to your liabilities under this document, before signing it. In consideration of Unity Traders Ltd agreeing to grant credit facilities to the Applicant, you, the undersigned, unconditionally guarantee the due and punctual performance and discharge of all of the Applicant’s current and future financial obligations to Unity Traders Limited, including any subsequent increase(s) in credit limit and all interest and late payment charges upon such sums. Please refer to the full terms and conditions relating to this Personal Guarantee and Indemnity which are set out at Clause 13 of our Terms and Conditions, which are attached to this form and which you confirm you have read and accept by signing this form.
